About Your Coach

Hi there—I’m Kathryn.

My path into health and movement started earlier than I realized. In high school, a sports medicine and personal training internship sparked a curiosity about how the body works and how intentional movement can completely change how someone feels in their body. That curiosity quickly turned into a passion, and eventually became my career.

I went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and gained hands-on experience in personal training, group fitness, nutrition, sports medicine, physical therapy support, and women’s health, including pelvic floor care. Working with people across all of these settings taught me one important thing early on: there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health.

Today, my work is driven by helping people move away from confusing trends and unrealistic health advice, and toward something that actually feels supportive, sustainable, and realistic. I don’t believe in quick fixes or extremes—I believe in building strength, confidence, and habits that work in real life.

My goal is to help you feel more connected to your body and more confident in your choices, so health becomes something that supports your life instead of controlling it. If this approach sounds like what you’ve been looking for, I’d love to work together.
