About Your Coach
Hi there—I’m Kathryn.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Kinesiology at Boise State (Go Broncos!) and gained hands-on experience in personal training, group fitness, nutrition, sports medicine, physical therapy support, and women’s health, including pelvic floor care. Working with people across all of these settings taught me one important thing early on: there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health. I believe knowledge is power and enjoy continuing to learn through many avenues like additional certifications, podcasts, and research articles.
Today, my work is driven by helping people move away from confusing trends and unrealistic health advice, and toward something that actually feels supportive, sustainable, and realistic. I don’t believe in quick fixes or extremes—I believe in building strength, confidence, and habits that work through all seasons of life.
My goal is to help you feel more connected to your body and more confident in your choices, so health becomes something that supports your life instead of controlling it. If this approach sounds like what you’ve been looking for, I’d love to work with you.
Aside from my passion for fitness and wellness, I am married to my best friend, Luke, and we are blessed with our sweet baby boy and our German shepherd. Having roots from the PNW, we love the mountains and beautiful outdoors. We try to spend lots of time in the fresh air and sunshine! I enjoy cooking nutritious meals for my family as well as baking sweet treats. I look forward to getting to know you!
